Engineering 2018, Volume 4, Issue 6,   Pages 806-815 doi: 10.1016/j.eng.2018.10.007

Abstract: deflectometry.Stereo deflectometry can be used to obtain form information for freeform specular surfaces.A measurement system based on stereo deflectometry typically consists of a fringe-displaying screen,The arrangement of the components of a stereo deflectometry system is important for achieving high-accuracyIn this paper, four geometric parameters of a stereo deflectometry system are analyzed and evaluated:

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2020, Volume 21, Issue 8,   Pages 1119-1266 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1900156

Abstract: Under the assumption, non-Lambertian is a highly non-linear problem. In this study, we present an optimized framework for reconstructing the surface normal and depth with non-Lambertian reflection models under . By decomposing the images into diffuse and specular components, we compute the surface normal and reflectance simultaneously. We also propose a variational formulation that is robust and useful for surface reconstruction. The experiments show that our method accurately reconstructs both the surface shape and reflectance of colorful objects with non-Lambertian surfaces.
